Hi, I'm Dominik Hurcks

Multi-entrepreneur, founder of Licht der Freiheit, and passionate advocate for freedom and entrepreneurship.

Since 2021, I've been living in Paraguay — where my projects grow far from conventions, yet close to what matters.

My Background

My school years were unremarkable — I was a quiet, shy kid hovering around a B average. After elementary school, middle school, and high school in Burgdorf, Lower Saxony, I completed my mandatory military service in the German Air Force.

This was followed by an apprenticeship as an Investment Fund Specialist (IHK). During that time, I rekindled my thirst for knowledge. I read books on brain-friendly learning and studied the fundamentals of money — my awakening moment (2011).

My exit from the corporate world took until 2016. That's when I organized the online congress Vegan Self-Sufficiency with 2,550 participants.

I burned through a good portion of my savings, but learned a lot about myself and what I still needed to work on.

In 2017, I focused on personal development and set course for entrepreneurship.

In 2021, I made the big move: emigration to Paraguay. Alongside serving European clients, I started a restaurant and a natural products business. During this time, I also discovered the world of cryptocurrencies.

What I Do Today

Today I run Licht der Freiheit — an AI-powered online marketing agency. I build apps, websites, and email automation. With my team in Paraguay, I focus on fast, smart solutions and real client results.

My Passions

My heart projects revolve around brain-friendly learning based on Vera Birkenbihl:

  • Zweites Hirn OS — my private Second Brain system with AI chat, morning briefings, and 100% data sovereignty (built with Vibe-Coding). It includes an ABC Suite that makes playing ABC lists according to Birkenbihl easy.
  • Karla — Learning Spanish the way that's actually fun.
  • Soccerverse — Not my creation, but it was my entry into blockchain-based community and simulation worlds.

What's Next

In planning is Lernakademie Südamerika — the next level: brain-friendly learning right here in my adopted home — a school for my daughter Amelie.
